The enterprise shall have no less than 25 engineering technical and economic management personnel with professional titles, including no less than 20 engineering and technical personnel, and complete professionals in architecture or environmental art, structure, HVAC, water supply and drainage, and electrical engineering; engineering and technical personnel Among them, there shall be no less than 5 persons with intermediate titles or above. The enterprise has no less than 5 project managers with the second-level qualification or above.
3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 5 million yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 6 million yuan.
4. The highest annual project settlement income of the enterprise in the past three years is more than 10 million yuan.
