1. Enterprise assets
Net assets of more than 10 million yuan.
2. The main personnel of the enterprise
(1) There shall be no less than 5 registered construction engineers specializing in municipal public works.
(2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years of work experience in engineering construction technology management, and has an intermediate or above professional title in municipal engineering or a registered construction engineer qualification for municipal public works; there are no less than 8 people with an intermediate or above professional title in municipal engineering. .
(3) There shall be no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding post certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, mechanics, cost personnel, labor personnel and other personnel shall be complete.
(4) There are no less than 30 skilled workers above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
(5) The person in charge of technology (or registered constructor) has completed no less than 2 engineering achievements required by the second-level or higher standard of this category of qualification.
